We are driven by education and, by nature, developers - regardless of the roles we take on in leading individuals and organizations. Each of us has worked in the field of education for around 20 years or more, taking on various roles from teacher to leader, working in organizations of different sizes, and tackling tasks of diverse nature and scale.
We enjoy learning and teaching, and we believe it is essential to consistently remain in the role of a learner ourselves. One of the most important principles guiding our decisions and actions is "learner-centeredness." It is crucial to stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based approaches and bring them to life in practice: we are willing to experiment, take risks, adapt, make mistakes, and learn. There is always someone or something to learn from - this requires a mindset of a learner.
We believe that working alone can lead to exhaustion without achieving great results. Engaging all members of an organization and stakeholders in creating a unified whole is critically important to establish shared values and principles. Additionally, good teamwork, collective effort toward a common goal, and mutual support are key. These elements lead to achieving excellent and qualitative results, serve as a source of inspiration, and recharge our energy.
